Every team member on your site is a Holy Home payroll employee — not an agency worker, not a day-hire. We can show you individual employment records, and we will name the craftsmen assigned to your project before day one. Eight years. Zero subcontractors. That record is verifiable.
What does a bathroom renovation in Dubai actually cost — not a vague range, a real number?
A standard apartment bathroom (5–8 sq m, full scope, mid-range materials) runs AED 20,000–28,000. A master bathroom with layout changes and premium stone typically sits AED 35,000–50,000. We send an itemised quote after a free site visit — labour, materials, and timeline listed separately. No 'TBD' lines.
How long will my bathroom renovation take?
A standard full bathroom takes 10–14 working days. A bathroom with a layout change or bespoke joinery typically takes 16–21 days. We give you this number in writing before we start and we do not move it without telling you why, in advance.
I am abroad — can you manage the renovation without me on site?
Yes. We have completed projects for clients in the UK, India, and across the GCC. You receive end-of-day site photos on WhatsApp every working day. Your project manager is reachable within four hours. You approve materials before purchase. Handover photos are sent same-day.
What happens if the tiles I chose are discontinued or arrive with a colour variance?
We inspect every material delivery on site before it enters your bathroom. Colour batch variance, thickness inconsistency, or surface defect — it goes back. You are notified before any alternative is ordered. No substitutions happen without your written approval.
What is your minimum experience requirement for the team working in my home?
Seven years of verified hands-on renovation experience is our floor — not industry experience, not site supervision. We have declined good candidates who did not meet this. The average experience level across our current team is over ten years on Dubai sites.
What warranty do you provide after handover?
